Windows

Optical windows are used in many optical systems to create optical components.  Windows play an important role in protecting

Windows and Optical Flats.

Optical windows are used to create a physical barrier between two different environments. It is used to prevent the two gases from mixing, to separate liquids in the air and to maintain a vacuum in the system.Optical windows are used to protect optical components from back-splatter and out-gassing in many optical systems.Optical windows can be manufactured in various shapes, but are usually produced in round or rectangular shapes. In addition, the optical window is made of two flat (PLANO) and polished surfaces with optical properties.
